Novel Analysis and Coaching Package
Are you working on your novel and aren’t quite sure if it’s ready for readers or not?
Are you stuck, not finished with your work, and need some help to get over the hump?
Do you just need reassurance that your story is on the right track—or help getting back on track if it’s not?
This package is designed to help you move forward and complete your novel. The process includes 3 to 6 months of one-on-one coaching that includes all the following:
- An initial 30-minute phone call to discuss your story, what you hope to achieve with it, and where you think you need help.
- A professional review of the first 50 pages (or about 12,500 words**) of your novel, returned usually within 2 weeks of submitting your pages, including:
- Detailed notes, page-by-page, on what’s weak and what you’re doing really well.
- A Story Evaluation Scoresheet after this first review.
- A 45-minute phone call to discuss the story review after it’s completed.
- You can get two more reviews, either of the first 50 pages after revisions are ready, or of the next 50 pages—you choose! Each comes with detailed notes and a phone call.
- After the final review, an updated Story Evaluation Scoresheet to show you the progress you’ve made in revisions, OR an evaluation of the story so far after seeing sequential 50-page sections, depending on how you want to use the 2 extra reviews
And because you want to finish your novel, I encourage you to send in the next 50 pages after each review if that’s feasible rather than keep submitting the same pages three times.

Can’t afford the lump sum payment? I know writers are often short on cash. So you can also get the same offer for 3 monthly payments of $249 each month. It’s your choice.

** Manuscripts need to be submitted in proper submission format. Detailed instructions will be provided, but basically this means double spaced, each page with your name and page number in the header, 1-inch to 1.25-inch (2.5 cm to 3 cm) margins on all sides. Start each chapter on a new page. Submit the manuscript in Word “docx” format. Manuscripts must be in English too! This formatting generally results in about 250 words per page.
